I have 13+ years of experience designing, building and maintaining customer-facing web experiences. I leverage research, brand strategy, user testing, and experimentation to inform my and my team's iterative design process, resulting in validated UX and demonstrated business impact.

I partner with engineering and product lead peers to create strategic visions, annual plans, quarterly roadmaps, weekly sprints, and team operating models. I lead the design team and design process from start to finish, and provide strategic input to test plans, rollout, and continuous optimization.

I have managed multiple successful redesigns that increased key metrics like Net Profit Added (NPA), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and funnel metrics (ToF, BoF) when tested against control designs.
